Flake Ice Machine (PRF Type)

The main evaporator unit is a stationary insulated double-walled vertical cylinder, with daily production capacity ranging from 500-50,000 kg.

Ice is produced as water continuously flows into the inner surface of the tube and frozen by the surrounding cooling circuit. Ice is removed by a rotating knife without touching the surface of the cylinder.

Cooling circuit is completely sealed to prevent leak.

Unit evaporator utama berupa silinder vertikal berdinding ganda, dengan kapasitas produksi harian antara 500-50.000 kg.

Air dialirkan ke dalam dinding dalam tabung dan dibekukan oleh sirkuit pendingin yang mengelilingi dinding tabung. Es kemudian dilepaskan oleh pisau pemotong, tanpa menyentuh dinding tabung.

Sirkuit pendingin tertutup untuk mencegah kebocoran.
