Ice Machine
The first cube
ice machine with the advance technology to: self-adjust the ice
thickness according to ambient temperature, and automatically
maintain the balance of ice production and water supply. This
technology keeps the ice thickness constant, even at different
ambient temperature.
The patented
breakthrough of flat-plate heat exchange and circulating heat gas to
form ice, eliminates common problems of other food-grade cube ice
machines, such as: low production capacity, high power consumption,
and unstable ice discharge.

Large production capacity: 90-95% in summer (compared to other
cube ice machines: 50-60%) and 100%-130% at ambient temperature of
<23°C .
Low power
consumption: 85-90 degree/ton in summer (compared to other cube ice
machines: 150-165 degree/ton) and 70-85 degree/ton at ambient
temperature of <23°C .
Easy
operation: PLC integrated control, fully automatic adjustment (ice
thickness, air temperature, and balancing ice production and water
supply), requires no manual setting.
Optional:
Automatic ice distribution and storage system, to minimize manual
