Slurry Ice

Slurry or
Fluidic Ice are microscopic ice crystals suspended in water at any
desired concentration (20-50%). It can be pumped like water, yet has
the cooling power of ice.
When pumped
into a full box of fish through a hose, Slurry Ice easily slips into
every nook and cranny and with its exceptionally high surface area,
chills fish and fresh catch down very quickly (around 4 times faster
than Flake or Block ice), keeping them fresh.
It also forms a
soft bed and does not damage the chilled products.
As it is easy
to distribute and handle, Slurry Ice greatly improves productivity
and flexibility. |

Slurry Ice atau
Es Cair merupakan larutan kristal-kristal es mikroskopis dengan
konsentrasi yang dapat diatur sesuai kebutuhan (20-50%). Dapat
dialirkan dengan pompa seperti air, namun mendinginkan seperti es.
Jika
disemburkan ke dalam peti penuh ikan segar, Slurry Ice dengan mudah
mengisi setiap celah, mendinginkan dengan cepat (sekitar 4 kali
lebih cepat dari Flake atau Block Ice), sehingga hasil tangkapan
tetap segar.
Tumpukan Es
Cair akan membentuk bantalan yang lembut sehingga tidak melukai
produk yang didinginkan.

kemudahan dalam distribusi dan penanganannya, Es Cair sangat
membantu meningkatkan produktivitas dan fleksibilitas. |
