Industrial Flake Ice
Machine Plant (PFFPType)
The machine
consists of an insulated double-walled cylinder surrounded by an
evaporator, set in a vertical position. Water flows from a storage
container on top and into the cylinder, where it is frozen on the
inside wall. Ice is then removed by a skid without touching the
cylinder wall.
Because the ice is produced inside the
cylinder, the cooling circuit is completely sealed with no moving
parts, eliminating any risk of refrigerant loss.
In tropical areas with up to 45°C
ambient temperature, the temperature of flake ice is as low as -6°
to -7°C.
Owing to its superior structure and hard-wearing materials, the
machines are highly reliable, rust-proof and energy-efficient.
Upon completion, each machine goes
through a complete and detailed quality inspection to ensure its
performance and reliability.
The production capacity of our Flake
Ice Machine ranges from 3 to 20 tons per day. |

Mesin terdiri
dari sebuah tabung terinsulasi berdinding ganda yang dikelilingi
oleh evaporator, dalam posisi vertikal. Air mengalir dari bagian
atas tabung dan ke dalam silinder, di mana kemudian akan dibekukan
langsung di permukaan dinding bagian dalam. Es kemudian dikeluarkan
dengan alat pemotong tanpa menyentuh dinding tabung.
Seluruh sirkuit
pendingin statis dan tertutup sempurna, sehingga aman dari kebocoran.
Di daerah
tropis dengan suhu udara hingga 45°C, suhu Flake Ice yang dihasilkan
berkisar -6° sampai -7°C.
Struktur
internal yang kokoh dan materi tahan karat menjadikan mesin Flake
Ice Polar lebih handal, awet dan hemat energi.
Setiap unit
mesin yang meninggalkan pabrik dipastikan telah melalui uji kualitas
